The Perception of Life Recovery Model

Clinical tools that carry the work forward.

PLRM connects group development, individualized documentation, curriculum, and staff training in one practical workspace for clinicians and treatment programs.

One connected clinical workflow

Build the group
Carry it into documentation
Strengthen staff practice

What PLRM is

Not another folder full of worksheets.

PLRM is a clinical workspace built around the work behavioral health teams already have to do: plan useful groups, translate participation into individualized notes, organize curriculum, and help staff become more consistent over time.

Instead of treating each task as a separate administrative burden, the portal is designed to keep the clinical idea moving from preparation, to delivery, to documentation, to staff development.

Three connected toolsets

What you can do inside the portal.

Each part can stand on its own, but the real value is continuity: the same clinical thinking can move through the whole program instead of being rebuilt from scratch at every step.

01

Group Builder

Create, refine, save, and reuse clinically useful groups.

  • Start from a purpose, population, and clinical focus
  • Shape a usable session flow, prompts, and activities
  • Keep strong groups available for future facilitators
02

Documentation Assistant

Carry the actual clinical work into individualized drafts.

  • Connect the note to the group that was delivered
  • Capture individual participation and response
  • Reduce the repetition of starting from a blank page without erasing clinical judgment
03

Curriculum & Training

Give teams a clearer path from materials to competent practice.

  • Organize assigned modules, worksheets, and guides
  • Support facilitator preparation and staff learning
  • Build a shared language across the program

From idea to repeatable practice

One workflow instead of five disconnected tasks.

  1. 1
    Choose the clinical purpose.

Start with what the group or program needs to accomplish.

  2. 2
    Build the material.

Create a session facilitators can actually use.

  3. 3
    Deliver and individualize.

Keep the group consistent while making room for the person.

  4. 4
    Document the work.

Turn real participation into a stronger starting draft.

  5. 5
    Improve and reuse.

Keep what worked so the next shift doesn’t begin at zero.

Built for the people doing the work

Individual clinicians to full programs.

PLRM is being shaped for the different levels of responsibility inside behavioral health care.

Clinicians & facilitators

Spend less time rebuilding routine materials and more time thinking clinically about the people in the room.

Supervisors & clinical leaders

Create clearer expectations, stronger resources, and a more consistent standard across staff.

Treatment programs

Connect curriculum, documentation, and workforce development without depending on one person’s memory.

A controlled first step

Beta access is limited and reviewed.

PLRM isn’t open for automatic public enrollment yet. The current beta is for clinicians and organizations willing to use information that doesn’t identify anyone, give specific feedback, and work within the available tools.

The first outreach will remain intentionally limited. Junior personally reviews each request within 48 hours. A review doesn’t guarantee access.

Individual

For one clinician

Explore the core clinical workflow with bounded beta access.

Team

For supervisors and small teams

Test consistency, saved work, and use that fits each person’s role.

Organization

For treatment programs

Discuss a controlled facility pilot and onboarding needs.

Clinical truthfulness boundary

Support for judgment, not a replacement for it.

PLRM creates structured drafts for clinician review. Planned group material can carry forward, but actual delivery, participation, response, progress, barriers, and risk still require clinician input.

What a responsible beta requires

A defined workflow, honest feedback, and no identifying client information.

Limited beta interest

Tell us what you want to test.

Requesting access doesn’t automatically create an account. We’ll review the fit, current capacity, intended use, and the part of the portal that would be most useful to demonstrate first.
