Perception of LifeJunior Pemberton, LCSWPLRM individual subscription
Effective September 6, 2026.
The PLRM individual subscription is for qualified behavioral-health clinicians and authorized behavioral-health professionals using the portal for professional purposes. Accounts may not be shared, resold, or used to give another person access.
Your first three monthly subscription payments are $10 each. The first payment is charged when you subscribe, the second approximately one month later, and the third approximately two months after signup. Beginning with the fourth monthly payment, the subscription price is $30 per month. Applicable tax is added to these prices.
The subscription renews automatically each month using the payment method on file until you cancel. Stripe displays the amount due before you authorize the first payment and maintains the billing record and invoices for the subscription.
You may cancel at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal available through PLRM billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain eligible access through that date and will not be charged for another billing period. Contact support if the self-service cancellation control is unavailable.
Subscription charges are not automatically prorated or refunded after a paid period begins. Perception of Life may issue a refund for a duplicate or erroneous charge, when required by law, or in another documented circumstance approved by the owner. Canceling a subscription does not itself create a refund.
If a renewal payment fails, PLRM may provide a seven-day grace period while you update the payment method. After the grace period, paid tools may be restricted until payment is recovered. Billing access remains available so you can update payment information or cancel. Ending an individual subscription does not remove access separately granted by a treatment organization.
PLRM remains a beta service. Features, limits, and workflows may change as the service is tested and improved. Perception of Life may suspend a feature or account when reasonably necessary for security, safety, misuse prevention, payment recovery, or service maintenance. Material pricing changes will be disclosed before they take effect.
Do not enter names, dates of birth, record numbers, or other protected health information into PLRM. Every generated output is a draft that requires professional review. PLRM does not replace clinical judgment, supervision, emergency procedures, organizational policy, or legal and regulatory responsibilities.
Stripe processes payment details and provides invoices and billing management. Perception of Life does not store complete card numbers or security codes. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your password, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use or an incorrect charge.
