What you agree to when you use the portal.

2. Keep client identifiers out
Perception of Life does not offer a HIPAA business associate agreement for this portal. Do not submit protected health information: no names, initials, birth dates, record numbers, addresses, phone numbers, or details that could identify someone. Use roles (client, mom, sponsor). The portal and sidebar check for things that look like identifiers, but those checks can miss things, and you’re responsible for what you enter.
3. Every draft is yours to review
The Documentation Assistant, Check My Note, the browser sidebar and Group Builder produce drafts. You review, correct and approve them before they go in a record or in front of clients. PLRM doesn’t replace your clinical judgment, supervision, or your organization’s policies, and doesn’t guarantee authorization or payment.
4. How your writing is handled
Documentation requests are processed by OpenAI with response storage disabled; OpenAI’s own processing and retention policies still apply. Documentation conversations may stay in your browser while you work. Our server keeps usage information, not those conversations. Group Builder requests, working drafts and finished materials are saved to your account. See the Privacy Notice at perception-of-life.com/privacy.
5. PLRM materials
Modules, worksheets and handouts belong to Perception of Life. Use and print them with your own clients in your own program. Don’t sell them, give them to another organization, put them in something you sell, or remove our name.
6. What you build
Subject to the facility rule in section 7, groups you build are yours. Perception of Life doesn’t claim them or use them in its own products.
7. Facilities
If your access comes through a facility, the facility controls your seat. Groups you build there belong to the facility and stay with it if you leave.
8. Paying and cancelling
If your facility or Perception of Life provides your access, you aren’t personally charged for it. Subscriptions follow the Subscription Terms at perception-of-life.com/subscription-terms: monthly, with no refunds for a partial month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid billing period, and access stops then. You may keep using materials you downloaded under the license in section 5. Groups you built on an individual account are kept for at least 12 months in case you come back. Leaving a facility never deletes that facility’s materials.
9. Changes and availability
Tools may change as PLRM grows. We work to keep the portal available and address reported problems, but we can’t promise it’s always available or error-free, and we aren’t liable for losses from relying on it. We may suspend accounts for misuse, security or nonpayment. If these terms change, you’ll be asked to accept the new version.
