PLRM Practice Feedback Credit
Your honest field experience can earn $10 in store credit.
Submit one legitimate feedback response per purchased product. Explain what worked, what didn’t, how it delivered, what you observed, what should change, and why. Feedback does not need to be positive.
Never include client names, identifiers, PHI, or confidential facility information.If your feedback materially influences a revised product, the revised version is added to your account free and you are notified.
